The 2010 will take place at the Lancaster & Morecambe Running Club, Saly Ayre Centre, Doris Henderson Way, Lancaster at 7.30pm on Wednesday 21 July 2010.

The race is organised by the Lancaster and Morecambe Athletic Club with the police event incorporated within the race. The course starts on the cycleway and finishes near to the running club.

Qualification

Any member of the Club may take part in these Championships. Your entry fee will be paid by your respective divisional club.

Runners of all standards are invited to take part in this event.

1st, 2nd, 3rd Male, Female, Male Veteran 40+/50+ and Female Veteran 35+/50+
