The Club are giving away 10 free monthly lottery chances for a year - worth £72. Simply send in an appropriate caption for this photograph taken at the start of the 2005 British Police Fell Championships held in the Howgills, Cumbria. 
The picture shows Central Division runner, PC Mike Riley (in red/blue vest) making good progress at the start to later come 5th overall in the race. Mike and the other police runners are watched closely by County border collie, Cass. Closing date extended to 21 August 2006. You may enter as many captions as you wish. All captions will be judged by the Club management committee. The lucky winner will be informed by e-mail in early July 2006 The lottery chances and membership subscription will commence on 1 September 2006 and expire on 31 August 2007 On 30 June 2007 the free lottery chances and membership will expire - however, the prize winners will be given the opportunity to continue paid subscriptions if they decide to.
