Due
to the increased interest in Circuit training the following sessions
are now available each week starting Monday 23 January 2006
Monday 16.35 –17.30 in the Headquarters Gym
Tuesday 17.05 -18.00 in the Headquarters
Sports Hall
Thursday 17.05 –18.00 in the
Headquarters Gym
Circuits- are great
fun and an excellent way to get fit. They also allow for each individual to
work at their own level and speed whilst enjoying the camaraderie of this
group activity.
Club T-Shirts are
available, so join us, get the T-Shirt, have fun and get fit!!
Please note all first attendees will be asked to complete a brief Health &
Safety questionnaire, if you have any concerns about your health status
please consult a medical practitioner before attending these sessions.
