Northern Division Club Facilities and Activities Swimming Section The Club have now extended their free Swimming facilities from three to nine sites across the division. Click on red dot to locate your pool information This facility was introduced to encourage fitness and good health in a sport that appeals to a good cross-section of its members and their families. It also enables members to participate in a group family activity. The annual budget for providing these facilities is circa £2500. Full Members of Northern Division Club Spouse/Partner of the member residing with full member Son/daughter up to age of 16 years - residing with member, spouse/partner - son/daughter must be accompanied by either the member or his/her spouse/partner each time they choose to swim. Honorary Members - Retirees, special constables and community volunteers must become full members to take advantage of this facility When Can You Go? Those eligible may have a free swim at one of the nine venues, once a week. A typical week runs from Monday to Sunday. Opening times vary between sites. These times may change from time to time particularly in school holidays when times may be added so please check with the pool staff once you start attending. No - Club membership cards are no longer required (*except Salt Ayre) You may sign in quoting your police collar number and/or some form of name identification. You may still use your club card if you still have one. *Salt Ayre Pool Vouchers are now required and may be obtained these from either Lesley Horton (Lancaster) or Nikki Chadwick (Morecambe) Contact either of them by internal email to arrange. Important when signing in! Please remember to sign in your children under the correct age category stated on the form. There is no charge for babies and infants. Young children are also charged less than children aged 5 to 16. Entering the correct age ensures the club pays at the minimum rate required for the facilities.
