Additional news story

The Price Was Right for Northern Division

This summer Northern Division organised two trips to the filming of "The Price is Right" where contestants are selected at random from the audience. Twenty members of Northern Division attended the show and PC Jon Stephenson was called to 'Come on Down'. Jon guessed the nearest price of a vacuum cleaner and then went on to win a £7000 650cc motorbike.

The show was televised the week after and Jon received his brand new motorcycle one month later. Jon does not hold a motorcycle licence so he sold it on to a colleague, at of course, the Right Price!
