An update re the games set for the 13th January 2011 in Cheshire.
Competitors are to select the discipline (Snooker, Darts, Billiards, Pool or Table Tennis) they wish to entry and conform to the direction below.
The event will run as follows -
Table Tennis - Compete in only 3 events
Snooker - Compete in Snooker Singles, Snooker Doubles or Retired.
Billiards - Compete in singles or retired.
Pool - Compete in singles or doubles rules set at the Nationals and implemented last year in GMP.
Darts - You can compete in all just like the Nationals.
To avoid competitors attempting to compete in separate events and to help plan the event. I will now need competitors names and which event they will be competing in by the Friday 7th January 2011. A draw will be done on the day of the games.
We will aim to play a round robin style however if the number of competitors outweighs the possibility of the event or events being completed in a single day the events or event can be arranged as a straight knockout. After all the nationals are a 4 days with 12 competitors in each category we could have in excess of this. We should hopefully be in a position to judge this on or after the closing date 7th January 2011.
