Weightlifting & Powerlifting Sports Section Introduction Until four years ago the Section were restricted to Olympic lifting which is very specialised. However, we no incorporate 'powerlifting'. This includes five lifts 'clean and jerk'. Snatch for the Olympic lifting and squat, bench-press and dead-lift for powerlifting. If you are training aimlessly in that gym then set yourself goals and structure your training. Anybody can compete and there are no limits! Secretary Contact: PC Brett Jackson
