2009/2010 Season
Fixtures
The 2009/2010 season commences with the first fixture, hosted by Cumbria Police, starting at 2 pm on
21 October 2009.
As always, these cross-country races are always competitive but at the same time enjoyable and provide the basis of ideal winter training.
They comprise six miles for men and four miles for women starting at 2 pm
on a Wednesday.
