Venue

The race starts close to the car park of the Allerton Hall 'Pub in the Park' Restaurant/pub. There is plenty of free parking.

There are no changing facilities or showers but runners may use the toilets at the Allerton Hall.

Race numbers will be available from the organiser in the car park.

Course

The race starts at 2pm just a few yards from the car park. The course is fairly flat but challenging through meadow and dense woodland. The paths are likely to be wet and muddy.

The course is four laps in a 'figure of eight formation' totaling circa 6 miles. It is suitable for spikes or off-road shoes.

 

Facilities

 

No showers or changing but toilets available in Allerton Hall.

 

Post Race Meal

 

After the race a choice of four soups, bread roll, tea or coffee will be provided to all competitors. Other food and drink is available to purchase at own cost.
