be an option for some runners to run a one-lap course 2.8 miles.
They are fairly hallenging, hilly sections with
spectacular views from its high point. The course
can be muddy and wet. Course suitable for spikes.

From the M65 (Junction 3)
Take the A674 exit off the island toward Blackburn. Turn right at the traffic
lights onto Preston Old Road. Travel about three miles toward Blackburn.
After two miles go straight ahead at a mini island. After one more mile,
Witton Park is located on the left as you descend a hill.
