Course
Middleton Woods, a five minute walk from the stadium. A three lap, 5.5 mile
course for the men and women.
Suitable for spikes and fell/trail shoes.
Open
grassed playing fields and woodland paths. Some short hill ascent and
descents. Excellent cross country terrain offering a nice variety or
running.
Facilities
Shower or
changing facilities at John Charles Stadium. Please use the top car
park on the right hand side prior to entering the Stadium car park.
Numbers
will not be issued but each competitor will be given a raffle ticket
with their position. It is then their responsibility to ensure that
your details are given to the people recording them who will be on a
table as you access the changing facilities.
Post Race Meal
A very
tasty and nourishing post race meal will be provided at
the Stadium.
Directions
Middleton Grove, Leeds. LS11 5DJ. The stadium is easily
accessible from J28 of the M62. From the M62 take the A653 towards Leeds
(following the signs for White Rose Shopping Centre) after the shopping
centre bear right and keep on the main road for approximately one mile and
the stadium is signed post. Turn right at the sign and the stadium is on the
left hand side at the bottom of the road.
